Another Castillo arrested

Police Chief Erisman looks as if he is putting the hammer down on the drug traffic in Ennis. The Ennis Department appears to have a more trustful relationship with the DEA,FBI, and appear to be working with the North Texas HIDTA. Article here about the bust. Freddie Castillo,58, I believe was the Castillo that Navarro busted in 1987 where they found hidden money under a dog house. I guess these guys just boomerang right back even after getting caught.
